To be fair, UConn was in the Bahamas. I'd be distracted too.

This is the age of the mid-majors. And Ivy League, apparently.

Depaul has a greater tradition in Bball than Texas Tech.

Washington State loses to UC Riverside

Villanova lost to Santa Clara

Oklahoma lost to Saint Louis

of course UNLV beat North Carolina

that team called Santa Clara, I've hardly ever heard of them but they beat both New Mexico and now Villanova, those are some good wins

they did lose to Oklahoma and UCSB though.

they're in the same conference as Gonzaga

don't look now but I think Gonzaga's whole conference has improved

it's approaching a very high level with improved depth

This is the year that theeeeee Mighty Huskers slip into that NCAA tournament with so many mediocre teams en sech :smokin:

We jest need to take care of business against Wake Forest on Wednesday and then on the road at a very good Creighton team on Sunday

them Blue Jays are a mighty team, sir

beating them would be a challenge

by the way a loss to Oregon really :burt:

I'm hoping theee Broncos can sneak in too, our only loss is to Long Beach State by the same amount that Pitt lost to them except we were on the road

You have no idea how well Oregon played.............I mean, they played FUCKIN lights out. I wes just shocked. I believe they ended up over 50% from the field.........and of course it doesn't help that at one point late in the game we had 17 team fouls and they had 8.

We were down 15 points with 8 mins to go though and we tied it up with 2 mins left...........so I liked how they fought back.

We have 3 seniors and 2 juniors starting. And then a couple more juniors who come off the bench and score double digits for us. We have a heck of a good team..........I jest hope every team we play doesn't play as well as Oregon did that night.

Oregon will be a bubble team though this year........at least a bubble team. I guarantee it. They have talent on that team.

My only hope is that Husker fans storm theee Bluejays home stadium next Sunday and we overwhelm them.

Creighton is probably going to be an 8 seed at least this year in the NCAA tourney.........they are really good. I watched them play Iowa in a game where Vegas had Iowa picked to win..........and Creighton destroyed them. It wasn't even close.

they seem ta be a consensus top 25 team, sir

the Harvard Crimson appear to be set on their first top 25 appearance as well

they're a great team

I think a mid major wins the championship this year

There will be surprises in at least the Elite 8 this year............no doubt.

I tell you what, a team who can really play well (offensively) is Iona. I have followed them this year through a few games. They can score points. They just can't play much defense. But I wouldn't be surprised to seem them sneak into the Sweet 16, no joke.
