Eh it's a fine trade for both teams.

Texans are in 'KIND OF' win now mode, so getting Romo and praying he stays healthy is a priority. They also nab a 2018 2nd round pick in a loaded draft class.

As for the Browns, cap is a ZERO concern for the team. They have tons of it. Osweiler is certainly better then anything else they could get (while giving up little to get him) considering they are in rebuild mode. The best thing they can do is try and go 6-10 or 7-9 so college players like Garrett are not asking owners like Jerry Jones to trade up for them to avoid Cleveland.

"A grade" for both teams.

Pats want at least 2 first rounders to start the conversation.
Yeah I'm not sure I believe that. Pretty unprecedented amount. If they had the opportunity to gain the #12 pick and another 2nd/6th in exchange for a guy sitting on their bench, I find it hard to believe they'd turn it down.

Houston gave up the 2nd rounder and got a 4th in return.

Eh, he's going to a FAR better offensive line in Cleveland. Zeitler, Bitiono, Thomas, Erving... WAY better. He loses out on weapons with Hopkins/Fuller but Coleman is not bad and is returning... and while Britt was overpaid he's a weapon. Also, top 15 pick will probably be used on another offensive weapon (Williams/Ross/Cook) so he might actually be in a better situation in Cleveland.

Tennessee is going to take over that cup cake division next year anyway. They have two top 15 picks and just need secondary help. Best O-Line in the league (beside Dallas MAYBE) and they'll have ammunition to grab two of the biggest holes on the team. Safety and WR, safety being STACKED this draft.

Team's been a train wreck for 30 years, I guess we'll see. They remind me of the Maple Leafs!
