Full Disclosure - I did live in San Diego for four years, and it was a terrific time. I decided to move the day one of my co-workers complained that it was sprinkling on the way to work. It was the first time we had had any precipitation in six months. I figured if people in the desert complained about getting rain then it was time to move along.

Hope the drought ends soon.

It's probably just me. I'm the kind of guy that is happy to defer to the other person...until I get a steering wheel in my hands.
