Gruden is my top choice right now.

I'd take Gruden with the right defensive coordinator. Gruden seemed to get the most out of Rich Gannon and Brad Johnson. I think he could coach Stafford to that next level.

O'Brien is kind of an exciting choice. With all he had to deal with in Penn State he did well.

I think some people forget he actually coached those Raiders teams pretty damn well before leaving. Surrounded by DISCIPLINED talent, Gruden could be a solid coach for many years.
