One thing I am pretty sure of is his teams were disciplined. I don't recall tons of penalties with seemingly no reprocussion, and tons of mental errors. Those down years he had, TB traded all their top picks and limited their ability to maintain. He was solid and Oakland and did ok after those couple bad years in TB. At the very least, he would have this team light years ahead of where schwartz and co have them.
