I was hoping to see another year of good production.
Looks like we are paying for half production, half expectation.
Well it was 2 years in a row that he is considered in the top 5 in the league by most. Waiting would have cost a lot more. Ziggy will be in the same spot next year. He was a top DE last year and probably again this year.
Dont want to wait too long or you will be paying for them past their prime.
They can just tag Ziggy if they only want to pay for his prime.Well it was 2 years in a row that he is considered in the top 5 in the league by most. Waiting would have cost a lot more. Ziggy will be in the same spot next year. He was a top DE last year and probably again this year.

I get that. I am just a little more conservative I suppose. Especially after seeing Calvin's contract compared to what AJ Green, Julio Jones and other top flight WR's got.

Egh.Ziggy will be great well into his 30s. He has no mileage on him at all.
I honestly believe when Staff retires he'll be the highest paid team sports athlete of all time.I am more concerned about Stafford when his comes due. His agent is going to be go all Dr. Evil
Egh.
You talkin to TPaul? Lol
I think he's in the middle of a campaign for President of a different Lions Board.Where is the "top 5" arm chair GM at? He might lose his rank.

He was born at the right time.
My confidence level has never been higher on him.Well Stafford is the GOAT
at putting up garbage time numbers

Honestly.
Year 8, I buy in.
I wasn't buyin it, until Cooter came to town.It usually takes 8 years for a QB to blossom.
