The Cowboys will need some breaks in this one whether it be crazy turnovers or bad calls. With the injuries , the Lions just out man them. We will need the Lions to be like we were last night , meaning to be sloppy. They are going to get yards.

The Lions have the best OL in the game, our D is a MASH unit....but the streak is real baby. Cowboys will win their 3rd straight in a 31-30 shootout
If this happens, I would know you have that Sports Almanac from Back to the Future.

A guy can hope lol. Pittsburg has a better D than Detroit, I could see us scoring the points. As far as slowing down that Lions offense...I think we would need the same effort we had last night plus 2-3 turnovers to hold them to 30

5 weeks in and i still dont know what teams are really good. If i would have to pick the Superbowl Champ right now - i might pick Detroit.

Detroit, GB , KC , Ravens , SF

I know there are some better records out there but i would have loved to have our last years team for this year. Im really not sold on anyone.

Oline is a beast, but no guarantee Ragnow is healthy. If Parson can play I imagine he spends more time coming in through the left guard than he usually might.

I think we get a close game here, waiting to find out if how the defense played against Seattle was an outlier, or if the defense from the 1st 3 weeks was real. Looking forward to this one.

I expect Lamb has a monster game. DC here does not use a lot of help for corners. Davis is good, but Lamb is Lamb.

The fact that IMO there are no great teams (are there even any really good teams?) makes it more likely Mahomes finds a way to win another one.

Anxious to see what the Chiefs do without a legit #1 WR. They won it last year but they did have a prime Kelce. Rice was well on his way to a huge year. I think Worthy is pretty good but he is a lot like Rice last year. They have relied on their defense more than anything this year and it is probably better than it has ever been.

Detroit looked unstoppable Monday Night. 2 good RBs. Their number 2 WR is finally emerging and healthy. Lots of weapons. They do have some game wreckers of their own on the defensive side.

Ravens - they have the most dangerous player in football , not named Mahomes. Defense is real suspect.

GB - may be the most complete team there is , but they need health.

SF - not sure what is going on there. They roll up the yards but do not produce points.

don't know about you, but this has shocked me.

thought we might have a Larry Fitsgerald but sadly no

The crazy thing is of the 88 club he may be the most talented of them all. Other fans would say well Irvin was a pain in the ass too. In some ways that could be true , but between those lines he wanted nothing more than the W. Lamb though is an awesome player when his head is into it.

Good point. Zoned out on Rice. I guess when push comes to shove I'm betting on Mahomes unless another team is clearly better and no one is, which was kind of my main point. I could see KC being active at the trade deadline, but they'd have to clear cap space first; which they can

No doubt. He has had a rough year statistically but you still look up and they are 4-0 and he is usually leading his team down the field when it counts the most. Mahomes and Andy are great together. Coach Mac takes a lot of crap from us fans , but he really had some good stuff up this week. Of course the players have to execute it , but i thought his calls were great last night and maybe that was Dak making an audible. Sure Watt got 2 sacks but i thought for the most part our guys held up well vs him.

Did anyone pay attention to our PFF ranks when the game started. They give them out when the players are introducing themselves. I cant imagine too many teams being worse ranked as a whole. I think Mazi was 95 out of 97. Ha. Overshown was in the 50s somehow. Even our best players Dak , Zack , CD were in the teens i think.

I can't help myself but I'm a Dan Campbell fan unless he's coaching against the Cowboys.

Glen Rose Texas (pop. 2800) is one of the best small towns you'll ever visit. Dan represents it well.

oh and...you just know the Lions had this game circled
Dan Campbell was asked at his Monday media session if he still had the feeling of "controlled fury," an emotion he expressed following a tough road loss in Dallas.

"Well that never really leaves. But yeah, I'm excited," Campbell told reporters. "I'm excited for this one. And really, look, it's the next one in front of us. It's a conference opponent, and they've had our number for a while. I grew up down there so I have a lot of people there. I think it'll be a special game."

I like Campbell , just not this weekend. I thought his decisions lost him the game last time. The Lions like you said earlier want some payback.
