Hell of a pick up for USC.
We all know Oklahoma is just a stepping stone program anyway.
Yup, first coach since 1946 to leave for another college job. First to do it because he is a pussy though. We all know Oklahoma is just a stepping stone program anyway.
Hope you know I was just joshin- OU has as much blue blood in them as anyone.Yup, first coach since 1946 to leave for another college job. First to do it because he is a pussy though.
Yeah it’s all good, you all still cheated us out of a win thoughHope you know I was just joshin- OU has as much blue blood in them as anyone.
OU made him, it’s that simple. Wish him luck, he will need it.LOL @ OU fans hating on Riley for this move.
USC probably backed up a Brinks truck and he can coast in the Pac-12 rather than beat his head against the wall in the SEC. Fucking win-win-win. You'd have to be stupid to not take this deal.
A fan from the ACC saying coast in the league??? Guess we’ve seen that from Clemson the last several yearsLOL @ OU fans hating on Riley for this move.

Yes - Coast.A fan from the ACC saying coast in the league??? Guess we’ve seen that from Clemson the last several years
Well said. Four straight under Riley.Ummm, 6 straight big 12 titles before this season
2017 (12-2, 8-1)*OU wasn't even dominating the BigXII. He'll do fine in the PAC, but certainly won't dominate.
You know what was impressive to me - benching the over hyped pre-season leading Heisman candidate for a Freshman. That took balls, that’s what good coaches do.Well said. Four straight under Riley.
2017 (12-2, 8-1)*
2018 (12-2, 8-1)*
2019 (12-2, 8-1)*
2020 (9-2, 6-2)*
2021 (10-2, 7-2)
Total (55-10, 37-7)
*Big XII Champions
I have no complaints. He did a helluva job. I'm not happy he's leaving, but what the hell...it's a business. He's doing what's best for him. It's a good opportunity. The timing is interesting, but I wish him the best.
Or just forgetful, I mean, how on earth could I possibly forget that you Oregon LOSERS proudly claim that Covid 2020 3rd place Division finish where you lost to last place Oregon St and were Cali's only win the whole season as a Conf Title, lol. This Fred guy has to be the most clueless poster on this board.
Actually a good point.15 million in SoCal is a lot different than 15 million in Alabama.
I doubt he'll need any luck, this is one of the most understandable coaching moves I've ever seen, and NOT because Oklahoma is a stepping stone program or because the program sucks, it's almost 100% an issue of timing, first the move to the SEC and then one of the few programs that could afford to pay him enough with all those resources, too. Previous coaches have possibly lowered the expectations some, recruiting should be easy, he'll have more resources than he will know what to do with. For OU to make it in the SEC, they may have needed some fresh blood, a new coach whose coaching style can win in the SEC. Riley's style might work better in the Pac?OU made him, it’s that simple. Wish him luck, he will need it.
Not the appropriate thread dude.We get it. Your team has been so irrelevant (0 B1G championship appearances, 0 NY6 Bowls) that you are clueless as to what a successful program is.
Not everyone else, just some of you Oregon fans, but mainly YOU, and that nutjob OSU fan Wamu.
Now get back on topic or STFU?
