He may have been channeling a little energy to squelch the Leach comparisons. Leach has often been criticized for NOT getting conservative with late leads.Never back off with the lead.
He'll learn.

Missouri put up 28 on Georgia
In Georgia
Lock threw for 253 yards with four touchdowns and one interception.
I think you and @Good_Code should team up and tell us how Missouri would rule the B12 and Drew Locke would win the heisman.
Lock has a shot at the Heisman.
Not sure how I said anything close to "Missouri would dominate the Big 12"
Reread what I wrote and come up with a different answer.

My answer stays the same
I never said you did say it, I said you should say it. This thread is running out of hilarity and I figured I’d give it the ole college try to save it, that’s where you two come in.
That offensive class is gonna be scary down the road. #1 QB, #1, #4, and #12 WR, and #2 TE
To be fair that OU offense was in discussion as one of the best offenses of the decade.
You guys haven't treated OU very nicely the last couple of meetings. I think they'd rather play Bama.
Come to think of it, you guys didn't treat Ohio State very well last time you played them either. I think they'd rather play Bama too.
Clemson with Watson was the scariest team I've seen in recent history of all of them(not counting Alabama obviously). Oklahoma may have had the best offense, but Clemson had a great offense AND a great defense.
Ohio St/Urban is only scary when they have a big body QB. I would not have been scared of them at all in recent history and would have loved to play them.
And Oklahoma has no defense, and that's not because the Big12 has such great offenses, it's because they don't have a defense. So I wouldn't have worried about them either. Would have run all over them with Hurts and nobody would even know who Tua is.
Don't know about comparing to other years, but statistically they were the #1 offense last year by a decent margin.
why should I say that?
i speak the truth here.
I have a reputation to maintain
I think Pollack is correct.
