My point is almost everyone wanted to trade the guy that is still starting for another team. His departure has caused these chain of events for the Rams... including giving up the farm for an unknown QB.
Except the Rams would likely be stuck in the same situation. If the Rams didn't make the trade with Philly, they would've had Bradford this past season and likely let him go anyways during free agency because he was asking for a ridiculous amount of money to re-sign. So there'd still be the same dilemma of needing to draft a QB. Now I don't know if the trade with Tennessee would've happened or not since in that scenario, there wouldn't be a second 2nd round pick.
