Not going to hold out hope on that for the simple idea that Jon Mara would love nothing more than to have the Giants end our season.

I think they play everyone that is healthy, but we may not see a full game from some. I could see them treating this last game kinda like the 3rd preseason game. Play your starters enough to get them work and stay in sync, but don't risk injury to key guys.

The only caveat to this is the Giant's offense has been so putrid the last couple of weeks that they may have no choice but to play the starters the whole game as they never get it sync. Eli has just plain sucked the last 3 weeks. But there has never been a better tonic for a struggling QB than the defense of the Washington Redskins.

We should blitz manning in any event. He has not done well against the blitz this year. But this is all predicated that we can cover Beckham for more than 2 seconds.

If the Lions beat the Cowboys tomorrow and then lose to Green Bay, we are out no matter what.

That's why the Cowboys game is so crucial. Cowboys beat Lions and we beat Giants and we are in.

Funny thing is if the Lions win out and we beat the Giants we go to Detroit, but if the Lions lose the next two or lose to Green Bay we have a 90% chance of having to go BACK TO SEATTLE AGAIN.

Actually, if we beat NYG, Det beats Dallas tonight, and then GB and Det tie, I think we get in. DET would win the NFC C and we would have the same record as GB (9-6-1) but since we beat them, we have the tie breaker. But if Det loses to DAL and then they tie, we get screwed. GB would be NFCC champs and Det edges us out since they beat us head to head.

I still can't believe we beat Green Bay, how big does that look now?. Kirk hitting those bombs in the wind still amazes me.
