HE WOULD BE BRUTAL IN A SMALL MARKET BECAUSE HIS FARM SYSTEMS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah:

You know where the shitty guys from the shitty Yankee farm system are?

Playing huge roles for a first place major league club

You know where all those great guys from those great systems are? Still in those great systems, many of them doomed to fall well below expectations.

For every Buster Posey and Ryan Braun, there are probably 10,000 Justin Smoaks

Cashman can't draft for shit. If he could, the Yankees would be winning titles.

Even a competent farm system combined with George's money and the yankees win 120 games a year.

yankees are anywhere from 10th to 15th this year in org rankings

3 of their top 4 in the top 100 are draftees

2 of 4 last year

you are wrong

LOL @ "Org rankings only take into account an orgs top 4 prospects"

4 of their top 10 this year are IFA's, one they didn't draft or sign (Campos)....

And their 2012 top 4 prospects? Were Montero, Sanchez, Banuelos, and Betances...3 of 4 were IFA's...Montero was replaced in their top 4 by either Campos (IFA) or WIlliams (draft) after the trade...

The same 4 were their top prospects in 2011 too....3 of 4...so, roughly half of the players that "most greatly" impact where a teams finishes in org rankings...isn't related to the draft? but....the org rankings indicate success at drafting?

tell you what uno...name the player of most significance the yankees "drafted" in the past 10 years...

Complains when people do this to him

refuses to have a non-trolled rational discussion about anything

this is yet another example of why red sox fans eat each other

If the Red Sox are so competent at drafting, and have spent more money than 28/29 other teams, then why are we approaching 5 years since teh last time the Red Sox have won a playoff game?

I did....twice

You ignored most of the players he drafted....lied about the ones you did talk about...and then claimed you weren't comparing a gm to a qb in a post you did exactly that

No...half of their "org ranking" is dependent on IFA's...like every teams.

So...you've got absolutely nothing in regards to the player of most significance that Cashman has drafted in the past 10 years? Not going to even give it a try?

Telling.
