Their Org rankings take both into account...if you're trying to argue that he "drafts well" simply pointing to their org rankings? Is flawed...

Look at his draft history...if you want to argue he drafts well or not...

This doesn't even begin the subject of how up until last year, the draft was very favorable to big market teams who could offer over slot on highly touted H.S. players...

All I said was...drafting, and signing IFA's, which sign to the highest bidder, is NOT the same thing...not by any stretch..so therefore, using org rankings...to prove a team "drafts well" is FUCKING STUPID...especially if that team has a much better history of signing IFA's, then drafting players...
