The point is the best athletes will almost always win in football.

Football is all about athleticism...and finding athletic mis-matches to exploit.

Baseball has little to do with athleticism. It's about very difficult skills that, even if done at their best, by a team's best players, doesn't guarantee success. And these skills aren't constant. They can come and go day to day.

Mike Wallace is still going to run fast. Ben Roethlisberger is still going to be strong and tough to tackle. Adrian Peterson is still going to be big, strong, and fast. RG3 is still going to be fast and elusive...from game to game.
