Here is a wild guess. I put the 11.5 mils in there because I think Kovy wants to be the highest paid player ever, in total years and in a single year. The early 6 a years are in case of a lock out. and this gives him 90 mil in 10 years. I could not front load it any more without the tail dropping faster than underwear at a brothel.
If this is even close the league may still reject it.
