Better question, what coach couldn't take over that Buckeye team and staff for the first 3 games and come out with 3 wins? They don't count because he's not really the head coach. He couldn't fire anyone on staff. He couldn't kick a player off the team. He couldn't change offensive and defensive schemes. He was given a fully coached team, a fully formed staff and told what to do by the real head coach.
