This is sad.
I honestly feel bad for the hardcore fans.

It just feel a bit uncomfortable beating up a hopeless overmatched Lakers team.
I love this rivalry, and its really no fun if LA is reduced to this type of team.


The SPurs pulled their starters essentially in the 2nd quarter....and its a quiet awkward finish.

Get well soon Lakers.
It is truly no fun at all beating this team wearing Lakers gear.

I loved the Spurs - Lakers rivalry.

Hopefully we'll see another WCF between them before Pop leaves.

There really is no place left to go Silas but up. But the sad component of all this is exactly what you mentioned. Short Buss is so clueless, I think it'll be awhile before the Lakers emerge from the pit they are now in and I am not sure of the remedy.

Operation Tank had another success last night. 16 games to go. A 4-12 finish sure would be nice. If we win more than 5 we could easily be looking at the 6 or 7 spot.

A Spurs-Lakers playoff series in any round is pretty much equal to the Finals.
