Wiggy I think Cleveland will be very good this year. I think the unknown is if LBJ goes to LA at year end and will Cleveland give IT that money. If LBJ leaves then I can see Love being moved

You guys won the trade, because of the pick and what that opens up for you. The Celtics will still be better this year than they were last year. Even if that simply means taking the Cavs to 6 games(hopefully 7, and maybe even a win if shit gets weird.)

looks like Thomas has begged off the rest of the playoffs.

Little guy like him- you can only take so many falls, so much physicality before it catches up with you.

He is great becuase he plays that way but it has a price.

oh if LeBron leaves- they need to trade isiahs bird rights- deal love, deal crowder----- strip it to the bone and go in the tank hardcore.....thats for sure


and like some people said- Boston still seems to be planning for LeBron aging out---

2-3 years from now when Jaylen and Tatum are developed- and Irving is 27-28 in his prime and HAyward is 29-30 they are gonna be really tough--- by then LeBron will be past 35.....


right now though- the Cavs are better in the short term------ I mean- LeBron say re-ups for 2 more years after this one- im fine with having a core of Isiah/Love/LeBron/TT/Smith/Korver plus whoever they get with that lotto pick- whether its a player or a trade.

Cavs window of staying good beyond LeBron closed---- that much is for sure with the trading of Kyrie....but in the short term they are better- and they have a huge trade chip as well.

The offense is much better now. Last year all anyone had to do was stop a 5'9" pg, who had the ball and everyone knew was gonna shoot it. It speaks volumes to how crafty Isaiah is that he was able to put up the numbers he did.

You guys don't think Hayward/Kyrie is harder to gameplan? We still added Morris, who will lessen the pain of Crowder being gone, and Baynes who can rebound the ball even when another decent opposing rebounder is on the floor. Tatum will have to grow up fast, but he's got very translatable skills and should be able to score. Brown should take a nice step forward either side of the ball. Bradley is a big loss defensively, but I still think we got better. I'd put vcash on it if I had any.

Celts still need a real live big guy and some PF rebounding help. Hopefully, they take one more solid step forward next year while Cleveland implodes and then finish the build and contend the following year.

I cant WAIT to see the LeBron/Kyrie matchups

Kyrie is practically unstoppable offensively and he is gonna be super motivated

Isiah though is gonna hav ea chip on his shoulder the size of the city of Boston--- to be the guy to drag them to the conference Finals -leave it all on the court- and then to be dealt he has to be furious. In a contract year--- you are gonna see that mother fucker breathing fire when he plays the Celtics.


Celtics have lost Isiah, Crowder and Bradley- the 3 guys who i thought gave them their identiy--- id rather have Kyrie and Hayward than those 3- but you have to rebuild y our defense and culture--- and your front court rotation is still pretty awful.

I gotta think they make some kind of a deal for a PF or center---- because the CAvs with Thompson and Love will still eat the Celtics alive on the boards.

In the West the only teams that are bad are the Lakers, Kings and Suns. The Lakers have no pick next year and are going to want to be respectable to try and entice free agents so they wont be tanking. The Kings I actually think are decent signing Hill, and with some of the moves they made...i mean they are bad--- but they arent Nets bad.

the Suns are not good- but i mean- id much rather have Bledsoe and Booker than anyone on the Nets.


The Nets are easily one of the worst teams in the league.

I think the WORST team is probably Orlando. Hawks might be 2nd worst- or the Nets.

If i were to bet--- id bet the Nets are 4th worst

its funny that the Cavs will be the favorites to go to the Finals-- YET STILL have a better asset than anything on Miami with the Brooklyn pick.

and I was exactly right.

the beauty of playing with LeBron with a competent backup like Rose is that Thomas isnt going to have to play balls to the wall every night.

the game is going to get so much easier for him. He will have LeBron. He will have 3 pt shooting better than he has ever played with around him. He will have better big men than he has ever played with with Love and TT.

Isiah doesnt have to be All NBA isiah ---- its the brilliance of playing with LeBron.


as i said---- the game is gonna get harder for Kyrie since hes leaving LeBron- and the game is going to get easier for Isiah playing with LeBron.
