I definitely think Kyler earned it this year. He seems like a really good guy, and definitely deserves it. That said, I will enjoy watching Bama punish OU for taking it away from Tua.

I think the way the two played in the championship games really tipped the scale.

Pretty much sums it up. But Honestly Saban wont do this. Tua wont win it next year because Saban will pull him mid 3rd quarter again and the next OU QB will put up monster #'s and win it.

I am right. Tua faced 3 Defenses rated in The Top 30 in passing Efficiency. Kyler=0. It isn't about crying. Kid had a heck of a season. I'd love to see Tua versus that schedule he played.

And neither one of them began their collegiate careers at OU.

Problem is you can't. Do you really want them to start handing out awards based on projecting how a player would do in a different situation? In Tua's biggest game and only contested game of the year he put up awful numbers, ankle or not, that is most likely what lost him the Heisman.
