Looking at the KC roster their WR position does need work, KW might have a chance to start in the near future.

He'll get playing time for sure with a Bowe suspension.

Up to this point in the season? I think KC wins pretty handily. Bowe is better than Boldin, despite his struggles this year. The other guys aren't great, but they're better than our players. If we're factoring in the TE, then we get the nod.

I'm very curious to see what Williams does in KC. He was miscast as a #2, but I think he's got some potential as a #3 or #4. I may be alone in this, but I'm somewhat sorry to see him go. I always felt he had more talent than he was able to show with the Niners.

All our WRs have more talent then they have shown here... QB play is garbage.

Was he getting it here? I don't think so. I bet he gets 12 catches in these next seven games if used correctly. There are better teams for him to go to, but they tend to already have their 3-4 WRs.

I bet they will be able to push the suspension either to next year (he wasn't driving high and it wasn't his car, I don't think). If it's this season, they'll be able to push it back long enough for KW to pick up enough if the play book. Cynically, the play book is him running to find someone to block. At least it's not running to tackle a defender who just intercepted Cassel/Quinn/etc.

You're not alone in that. I liked Williams, and I think most on here were using him as a scapegoat most of the time. He's got some talent. We can definitely do worse.

I agree with that. I still only see him as a 3rd WR at best mane getting to be that 2nd WR down the line. But I still like Williams. Good head on his shoulders it seemed to me.

I'm with both of you guys. At this point in the game, I am not so sure about Roman with the passing game. He is great at disguising formations and altering run plays, but the passing game is just stagnant 90% of the time.

Williams showed some flashes the last couple years, but he was never going to be an outside guy. They stuck him out there and never changed when things weren't working. He is going to excel in the slot with some team, be it the Chiefs or not.

I agree. I liked Williams and I think if he was used right and was in the right system he would of been much better off.

would certainly agree here. While Williams had 0% chance of ever being elite we've seen plenty of worse roster fodder over the last few years than what he had to offer. Plus I love an underdog so I wanted to see him bounce back after the game we will not speak of a few years ago.
