Jimmy Butler is a superstar. At least in May and June.

And even then, I didn’t say getting to the Finals without a superstar didn’t happen, I said winning a championship.

I live in NY, I'm familiar. Not talking about game conditions obviously, but the other 20 hours of the day.

Rain/sleet/snow/etc sucks for at least 1/3 of the year historically. You think these young millionaire basketball players wouldn't rather be in SoCal, Texas or Miami? Especially when you factor in the tax savings in Texas and Florida?
