I'm sure not everyone will buy into how faith plays into anyone's life, including Kirk Cousins'. But this is a great insight into how it has affected and will guide Kirk in the past and future. For me, this just makes you like the guy even more. While that's not a statement on how he'll be as a QB, it's still great to know that he's got his head on as straight as you can get.

Agreed. On the one hand, Cousins wants to stay here and Redskins players want the same thing, and Cousins doesn't want to start in another place all over again. On the other hand, McCloughan and the Redskins want him to re-sign and know they've got zip in terms of an alternative at QB. Money can be a big road block. But deadlines like the last day to tag a player can bring both parties to reality.
