McHale's a better HC than Byron Scott though. And yeah I know Scott took the Nets to Finals, that was years ago. Here are their regular season coaching #'s...

McHale: 232-185 (.556). He hasn't had a losing season as a HC since '09 w/ Minny.
Scott: 439-591 (.426). And Scott hasn't had a winning season since '09 in New Orleans.

Playoff #'s...

McHale: 13-16 (.448) & took the Rockets to the playoffs each of the last 3 seasons
Scott: 33-24 (.579) & hasn't made the playoffs since '09.
