Actual jail time. Oh boy. The neg recruiting is almost too easy with this guy now.

"He was in jail while his wide receivers were busting their ass getting ready to be coached by him this summer"

I wonder if he has to serve it during spring camp.

He can apply for house arrest (which I'm sure he'll get).

He has to spend 30 days in jail. They don't have to be served congruent. So he can leave and come back. And serve one day at a time. He has 3 years probation, but something tells me he won't serve all of it.

It amazes me he wasn't smart enough to stay out of trouble in the first place. Shameful.

he got house arrest: Huskers coach approved for house arrest

I don't even know how house arrest can be considered "jail". i'd kill for house arrest. sorry, honey, i can't run errands with you, i'm on house arrest. you need help moving, sorry bro, house arrest. the big family reunion with a ton of relatives you don't know, sorry, house arrest.

eh, i guess i see downsides, the boys have a sporting event and i can't go watch. can't go out to dinner or do anything else fun. Groceries? can you go to the store? like do you just have to stop on the way home from work, since you are allowed to go to work?

You are allowed to run errands during a time schedule that you are allowed to make. When I was on it I had to be within my monitor. At 1am I worked at a restaurant. Now I am sure coach has different rules since he is more "active"
