Mully brought it up to Brad Biggs whether anyone asked him the question of what he thought about the interview process with the bears.Where was this from? Just curious cuz I haven’t seen anything like that on Daniels. KK yes, Daniels no.
that was a great listen, thank youMully brought it up to Brad Biggs whether anyone asked him the question of what he thought about the interview process with the bears.
dont know if this link works, its 15-16 minutes if you want to fast forward. There was never really an answer other than squirelly, but if will be interesting if he gives out a signal after he scores. Patrick Mahomes waited a long time before he had the opportunity.
That was the thing, we never heard about it, which was what made it more news to me.that was a great listen, thank you
They are definitely talking about Kliff Kingsbury's interview for a coaching job in Chicago. They mentioned him by name. I was thrown off by you saying Jayden as Bears never even brought him in for an interview, they were all in on Caleb from the get go.
What's the story about mahomie, what signal and a message to who?
I guess it depends who you ask.Is Caleb regressing?
Question for you guys since I have seen half of a game and bits and pieces of a few others this season.....
Is Caleb regressing? From what I have SEEN a lot of his issues are the OL since he is a young QB and even good young signal callers will have their ups and downs during their rookie season.
I guess it depends who you ask.
Waldron runs a pistol offense (or a version of it). Its not complicated, but it does take all 11 guys to execute. Its an offense that clicks when theyre on the same page. But its an offense that can look awful when they arent.
Obviously Caleb will need more than 8 games to grow into it.
yeah, we have a shit line that can only give the guy 4-5 seconds to make a decision and throw the ball or get sacked. Great ones are getting rid of the ball in 2-2.5 enough so the defense cant send the house constantly, so when they actually get 4 seconds the ball is in the air 40 plus yards. Earlier in the year, his percentage when he did not hold the ball more than 2.5 seconds was at the top of the league, now he is constantly at the bottom.Jeff Saturday just said his qbr is 3 when he has 3 or more seconds to throw. Worst in the league........It doesnt matter who the coordinator is,he is creating the problem himself.....
actually read a story yesterday about seeing more patriot defenders helping caleb up than we saw the bears players
Go watch the tape. They ain't getting open, and even if they did, the route concepts are so retarded, there will probably be three other receivers in the same vicinity.I read that myself, and story where players are asking CW to be benched maybe spot-on......Of course I dont know that for a fact, but sure seems strange.
We can blame the coaching and the oline all we want, but the fact is with his accuracy is also to blame for this shithole mess we are in.
Tired of watching these highlites of his passing whern given the time,he has been way off......so I can see where maybe wrs are tired of running routes for nothing.

The o-line is shit, the plays are shit and the WRs are not winning battles. Play after play, there is nothing.
This is a monumental failure by Eberflus and Co. Caleb isn't perfect by any means, but from what I've watched, he is the least of our problems, but will quickly become the biggest if they don't help him out.
The one I pointed out somewhere that I thought a game thread was not even started was early in the last game, Kmets job was to pull across the formation to block, apparently a blitzing linebacker or DB. Nobody was there, he turned around at the line of scrimmage and Williams took a sack. The defender was 5 yards deep. Would it have been a first down, maybe it Kmet ran over the guy, but it was a hit he did not have to take, Kmet could have taken it and got some positive yardage.I read that myself, and story where players are asking CW to be benched maybe spot-on......Of course I dont know that for a fact, but sure seems strange.

If anyone can find the segment with John Gruden (think its on Get Up) and how the Bears should handle Caleb, it was a good example of how the coaching staff is failing Caleb.Caleb isn't perfect by any means, but from what I've watched, he is the least of our problems, but will quickly become the biggest if they don't help him out.
“He [Caleb Williams] is going to be a hell of a player unless we [Chicago Bears] screw it up. Let’s be honest with you. You’ve had a lot of guys come through here but this guy’s a unique talent. Right now, he needs support and he needs it most from his coach and the blue chip leaders we have on the team. I don’t know what kind of leadership they have on this Bears football team. I think they’re all searching for an identity but we better figure it out. But you gotta get excited about Caleb Williams and keep putting your arm around this guy and challenging him and helping him get through it.”
