I agree, iron Mike should give it up. I think his coaching days are behind him. Melrose probably has a better shot at getting a coaching job than he does.

Why not. There has to be 1 or 2 nhl players he hasn't had a chance to berrate yet. Come one. This will be just one more lockerroom that can tune him out by Thanksgiving.

Not a chance Lams hires him. Not only that, Lou doesn't exactly like guys coming out publicly and lobbying for the opening. I want Keenan nowhere near this team.

After 3 straight first round exits, this team needs a culture change. Someone from outside the organization to come in, command respect, fix the PP and return to the uptempo forechecking system we ran with Sutter behind the bench. We were a top-3 team at 5-on-5 last season. Not so much this year...

I'd take a long hard look at someone like guy boucher.

Exactly. This team would be in shambles by christmas. Besides, that clown isn't a long-term solution. I want a younger guy that can be around for a while. Lord knows we've been through enough coaches in the last few years. haha
