Man, if Cain could develop any sort of power he would be a real player. Sadly, at 28 idk if he's gonna get much. Kinda a poor man's Mauer with electric defense and cost efficient.

He started baseball so late he has always has had fundamentals lag behind as a result. His frame certainly doesn't suggest a guy lacking pop. I doubt it will ever develop though.

Yeah exactly. I know he started late(high school) but by 28 Idk if much will ever come. That's why I compare him to Mauer in that he can hit pretty darn well but doesn't do what his frame would suggest. Still, at least he's cheap and play a prime defensive position excellently.
