These are the kinds of stories you get around the SB lead in weeks that are always really cool to read. Pretty much the only stuff worth reading among the chaff of sensational pieces we are force fed.

Thought this was a really interesting tidbit on Kam. Much respect for him and his motivating routine. Obviously, I am a bit biased, but I truly think Sean was one of the all time greats in the making, taken from us way too early.

The Redskins Blog | Sean Taylor Inspires Kam Chancellor On Seahawks Super Bowl XLVIII Run

Sean may have been the single most talented Safety who ever played. I think he could've possibly challenged Ronnie Lott as the greatest safety of all time.

That was a good read.

I truly hope everybody, outside of Seattle, gets to know this team a little. Right now it's Sherman and the Seahawks but this team has some of the most intriguing, interesting guys in the NFL. Big Red, Kam, Thomas etc.

Watching Kam vs. the Niners this past week reminded me a lot of having watched Sean in the past. When I came across this article, it all came together when I read who inspired and motivated his play. Kams got a bright future. Also, totally admire that he lets his play on the field speak for itself. Again, much respect.

The Seattle FO made a great move by giving Kam the first long-term contract for a player that PC/JS had drafted. Very unheralded player but represents the work ethic and attitude that they want.
