If he wants to make any kind of money and have a chance to not work on the practice squad or hold a clipboard then yeah he wont' pull a move like that.
Well many people thought Ozwieller wouldn't get any where near $72 million either? Again a lot of this depends on how much guarentee he's willing to lose this year for starters. Then he needs to put a realistic price on what he could get next year?
I wish I had his financial decision problems, lol

Well getting benched is a little different than pretending to get hurt just to screw your current team over.

We've been hearing that for the past couple of weeks. Could happen but who knows. There have been so many different rumors out there.

LOL, I just read Baalke's comments. That is exactly what you describe above. I don't take Baalke's answers to questions seriously any longer.

Kaepernick won't be moved any time soon....why? Because that's what I want.

Just get him the F off this team....I don't care if you dump him for nothing. It's a tiring story about an average player.

Kap is here to stay. Kelly wants him and now Kelly will get him. I do with an improved Oline Kap can be ok.

It is looking that way. Elway said yesterday they no longer want Kap and the 49ers are not going to cut him and eat that salary. Let the QBs fight it out in camp and preseason.

Why should they if he becomes a distraction then keep him out of team meetings and isolate him until they can cut him with out having too bad of a cap hit

I really don't see that happening. I don't see Kap pouting. Maybe I am wrong. He could have left if he really wanted but chose the money instead.

I don't either but they have no reason to cut and eat the money at this point, they found him a trade and he didn't want it so that is on him. I was merely giving an option if things did get sour.

So far no distraction. Kelly said he was great at camp.

Coach speak. When the QB, the defacto leader of your team has basically declared he wants out, then he makes it extremely difficult for others to respect and follow. It's not like he was noted as being any kind of leader in the first place, so.....who would really play for this guy?

Keeping him is the worst option.
