Yup. Until the culture changes, the results on the field will be the same. Abysmal. There is only one constant through the last almost 2 decades of losing........Snyder.

You know, I've been thinking about that. Wonder if he ever gets so frustrated with the losing, the constant upheaval, and the name change issue that he does decide to cash out? I could see a scenario where that might be possible. That or his wife finally kills him cause he has to be a total shit to live with.

Naw, can't see it......as long as this $$$$$$$$$$$ is constant or rising that dude is locked-in!! Even if his wife gives him death threats....he'll just get another wife!

See...this is where some attempt to frame the issue in a manner than is intended to divert attention away from the relevant and towards that which is not. Dan Snyder is the issue......AND.....the answer. It is after all his team!! It's not crying Dad, it's stating the obvious!!

I think it is obvious that Snyder is the problem. I still have hope because a guy who spends money and is trying to win is better than a Bill Bidwell/Mike Brown who's record of losing is much longer and a direct result of their business model. But it should also be obvious that Snyder still does not have a clue. Many of us were fine with Bruce Allen handling contracts and the name controversy. When Snyder put him in charge of the draft, a role his history clearly shows he sucks at, it was yet another bad decision that will have long term ramifications.

I'm not a big Jenkins fan but I love how she went after Hasslet. How stupid does that clown look now with all this "Shanahan tied my hands" talk.

Ah ok SJ and every one else in DC is jumping on the band wagon and bashing the Organization. Gruden is in year 1 and I will give him some time to put his fingerprint on this team. Let's see how the next off season and draft go, another regular season, another off season, another draft then another regular season then all the haters can start bashing the sh*t out of Allen & Co if they like.


The current team is severely deficient of talent along the offensive line, defensive line and secondary. As a matter fact, our secondary couldn't hang with most successful passing H.S. teams. I'm of the belief Gruden will turn this around and we will see improvement by year 2, and playoffs by year 3. I'm also of the belief our roster won't look anything like it did this year.

Ok so after one draft he sucks at drafting ? murphy doesnt have a future ? long nor moses ? breeland is a bust ? grant was a horrible addition ?

You meant to say 5 drafts didn't you Dad? Time nor changes in venue wipes away his historical record as a bad, very bad GM! Now about Murphy, Long, Moses and Breland....they all joined a 3-13 team on which, beyond injury, none could supplant a starter. What this team needs and needs desperately are players capable of being upgrades at their positions and not backups to guys who as a collective goes 3 and 13!!! That is the sole responsibility of the GM!! Most teams have starter quality backups they don't draft backups to backup guys who start here but nowhere else in the league.
