Agreed too pricey... I wouldn't mind having him, but you also have to ask what caused the Panthers to drop him? That should be a red flag. Was it just his contract demands? Would he be as successful without the front he was playing with? Rather have Wilkerson for that $.

Are the Bears going to play a cover 3 that Norman thrived in? Or is he going to have to go man to man and try and lock down every teams best WR? That's a schedule with Deandre Hopkins, the Packers and Cobb/Nelson twice, Odell Beckham Jr, Mike Evans, Dez Bryant, Allen Robinson, etc.

I wouldn't mind seeing him in Chicago if we're going to play to his strengths, like Fangio is known for, I think it would be an awesome signing and allow for the Bears to build elsewhere in the draft.

Well they rescinded the franchise tag...thus making him a free agent. They can still negotiate with him just as any team as an unrestricted free agent.
