There is no doubt in my mind that the most epic of all the meltdowns to ever occurr anywhere on SportsHoopla always came following a Husker loss.

I remember after the Texas A&M game melting down to the point where I felt like I lost a loving member of the family or somethin....

I'd definitely find ya for a beer... We do our football trip every year in an RV (that has been upgraded this year) We've stayed away from B1G games though and sought some warmer weather and SEC women to this point so far (heading to Oxford MS this year) but there has been some talk about Nebraska of late. Long f'n trip though.

That's one of the last games I remember when I think of tough losses the last 5 years. But now that you mention it.

That team avg near 11-12 a game then against Neb only like 2??

But what lost in that game was how good that defense as for Nebraska kinda took it for granted and boy do we miss it.

My way of coping with that loss immediately following the game was to head out the door with no jacket on and just take off walking.

I walked at least 4 miles around town blowing off steam just wearing a t-shirt and jeans........and it was pretty damn cold that night as I recall, but I didn't even feel it. I just stormed straight out the fucking door and everyone at the house was scared I was going to find a nice cliff to jump off of.

I returned about 1 hour later and walked in the door, straight past everyone and went straight to my room........and then began melting down on SportsHoopla.

That cost us an at large bid, tmart get hurt again so a healthier tmart edges OU. so we either win the conference with the mojo we have or get a bcs bowl bc we would have still been top10 with the loss only being our second for the season. Abcs bowls would love us bc of our massive fanbase.
