Nah, beef up the D and get him a legit #1 WR and they can win it all

Yeah, you have to frame this season with the roster purge they made during the offseason. This team wasn't even necessarily projected to win their own division (which was laughable of course) since they dumped so many veterans and traded away their #1 WR. It remains to be seen how that Keon Coleman pick works out, but thus far he hasn't been much of a factor. Otherwise the offense is mostly complete, but that defense needs work. The DL doesn't get enough consistent pressure and the DBs could use upgrades. LB would be fine if they can stay healthy for once.

Funny how we see the Lamar threads but not these right? I wonder why.
It’s easy to joke about “blame the black Quarterback”(as you are doing here), but Lamar has really played like shit in the postseason throughout his career. This was the only year he was himself. Allen, on the other hand, has mostly been great in the postseason. He’s hardly been the issue when the Bills inevitably lost. But do your race baiting routine anyway.

he may be...but he was a 1000+ yd WR and Shakir didn't step up as much as expected

Nearly doubled his receptions in 2 less games, but ran much shorter routes. Bills played a much more controlled (and risk-averse) offense this year.

100%

stick poking remains the agenda.
How anyone takes him seriously baffles me.

Looks like a first down to me.
it's clear their version of the Tush Push is not as good as the Eagles version.

the least exciting play in football...

unless you have an idiot LB trying to jump the snap...
That is literally the only way to stop that play which should have been made illegal years ago. It's totally unfair to the defense and removes one of the most exciting plays in football, the goal line stand.

Refs used to call the play dead when forward progress stopped. Now with the new rule they don't blow a whistle which allows offensive linemen to push the pile forward. Not just at the goal line but all over the field. Again this is terribly unfair to the defense.

no it isn't the only way to stop it.

shoot, the Commanders stopped it through legit means at least once yesterday. They didn't need to jump the snap and look like that dude from The Replacements.

If Buffalo moves on it should be from McDermott, before Allen.

agree...you don't get rid of an MVP QB because you can't build around him properly and use his tools effectively.

To put it in context no opposing team has scored 30 pts in Arrowhead since Allen and the Bills dropped 36 on them in a divisional round game they also lost in 21/22 season. 29 has to be enough for a defensive head coach.

I know the media narrative is about how Allen can't beat Mahomes but anyone with a pair of eyes can see they're cut from the same great QB cloth.

This is all on McDermott
