It's unbelievable to see how much Jones has ruined his legacy. He was the best LHW of all time. He should have never gone up to HW if he was that scared of Tom Aspinall.

When Jones was a young LHW he didn't have anyone holding up his title shot for over 10 months. 4 1/2 plus the 6 months to train that he is asking for. I think the UFC should strip him of his belt.

The UFC is partially at blame for this. Dana acted like Stipe was more deserving than Aspinall for a title shot. How did that work out for the UFC?

Jones has a unique ability to humiliate himself in spite of his talent. He's had multiple problems with the law & now he's embarrassing himself by ducking Aspinall.

As talented as he is I think he will eventually struggle at HW because of the wrestling. Personally I would just keep calf kicking those pencil legs until he couldnt walk any more.

I really don't think that we will see him fight any other HWs. He fought Gane who he knew was an easy fight. He just needed a takedown and it was over.

Stipe was a retired firefighter who hadn't fought in nearly 4 years.

He was thinking that he would fight Alex P. , who is much smaller. He would just need a takedown or two to dominate that fight. Alex P losing and the lack of interest in that fight changed his plan.

Jones is making Aspinall look like the best HW champ ever, the way that Jones is ducking him. I have no interest in seeing Jones fight anyone but Aspinall. That said, I would watch Aspinall's next fight if he gets a title shot against another top contender,
