There is NO CHANCE he is charged with assault if the video shows what you are saying. If she instigated the fight, called him a racial slur, spit on him (assault) and then hit him (assault again) -- no one is filing charges against him for defending himself.

I have a feeling what is on the video is mich different than how you are explaining it.

In the end -- it doesn't matter, as he served his punishment and whether the video gets out or not -- which I guarantee it will before the NFL draft (or at the very least, NFL GM's will be allowed to view it) it is going to hurt his draft stock.
