On a practical note has anyone ever been in a car when a gun was fired? That shit hurts if you're shot or not. My ears ring thinking about it. Kids, if you're gonna fire a gun from a car I assure you that you want to stick that bitch way out the window before you pull the trigger.

I'm just telling you the way the court works. When you produce a gun, you produce a deadly weapon with the intent to use deadly force. If you do not feel you needed to use deadly force immediately to protect you or your loved ones life, you should not have produced a deadly weapon. Per the law, you produce a gun, you shoot to kill, not to wound.

I think my favorite one is of the college kid who got into a bar fight, then got tracked down by the guy he beat up and a few friends later that night in a parking structure. 5 on 1 and the dude throws one of them OFF the parking structure, killing him. The other 4 sand there in shock as he bolts.

Road rage incidents are avoidable 99 percent of the time.

Exactly. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've been driving for 45 years and never once have I felt the need to punch out or shoot somebody over some dumbass thing they did on the road. This guy has actually done it twice in 10 years that we know about.
