I didn't watch him very carefully when they plugged him in at RG, Did anyone get a good look at how he performed ? I'm hoping he could be the one bright spot in that miserable 2012 Draft class.

From all accounts he held his own. Didn't hear his name all that much which is usually a good thing

we just hope he pans out GOOD, regardless of draft class.

but yep, would look better if 2012 had SOMETHING to show for it?

Yea, I thought Looney played well at RG..If he continues to impress, might the 49ers have second thoughts about paying Iupati the big bucks?..However, it looks very likely that Joe Staley will play tomorrow against the Seachickens so that means Alex Boone is going back to his RG spot, and Snyder will start at LG. Unless of course the team wants to give Looney some reps at LG to spell Snyder...I hope so!
