Here lets look a bit closer at the stats of Brady and Flacco in the post season.
To be fair you have to leave out the 2008 postseason, since Brady didn't play the entire season due to a torn knee. (tgann never seems to point this out when touting how many wins each has.)
Flacco is 8-4 in the post season 2009 - present, w/1 SB appearance and 1 SB win.
Brady is 7-5 in the post season 2009 - present w/3 SB appearances and 1 SB win.
So though Flacco has a slightly better winning percentage in that period you have to take into account that two of Brady's losses are in SB appearances.
tgann needs the 2008 season, one in which Brady was out the entire year, to bolster his lame claim of Flacco somehow being elite, even though nearly the entire nation sees him for what he is, a slightly better than avg qb.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Something he also doesn't ever seem to point out, while touting Flacco's post season winning prowess going back to 2008, is Flacco's QB rating for his first 6 post season games were abysmal,
59.1
89.4
18.2
10.0
48.4
115.4
61.4
He touts the wins, but never wants to point out the facts behind them.
Flacco's post season reputation being touted is based on his 2012 season, where he was exceptional.
125.6
116.2
106.2
124.2
He then missed the 2013 season.
Then went 1-1 in 2014 with ratings of
114.0
92.1
He is not elite, and has only one good post season.
