If the Bengals were smart, they'd bring this guy in as an offensive assistant. He's worked extensively with Burrow and Chase and could likely contribute to the passing game. The passing game has been inconsistent much of the year and is leading to too many turnovers. We need new ideas in the room.

That would be incredible even if it is just for this year. Brady with his knowledge of Burrow and Chase would only help this offense. Would make for a hell of an offensive meeting with Taylor, Brady, Callahan, Pitcher, Burrow.

Good move for him. Can rehab his reputation a little working with a uniquely talented guy like Allen.

Agreed. Plus I read there were a half dozen teams interested in hiring the Bills new OC Ken Dorsey for the same position in their organization. If they keep winning Dorsey could be a year or two from a HC job and Brady would be next in line as the Bills OC when that happens

This is why I don't worry about Callahan getting a HC job.... Even if he does, there will be plenty of talented coordinators happy to take the OC title here and ride Burrow's coattails to a HC gig. Hell, Adam Gase got two HC jobs just because he once coached Peyton Manning.

That's a good thing about having an offensive minded HC too. It's his system and I'm sure he has a huge say on what happens on that side of the ball. Even if we lose an OC there will still be continuity.
