Yeah, they reeealllly don't like me on the Lions board. Very sensitive bunch over there. I went over there and told them I didn't think there team was any good. I got called a troll and a moron... etc... I proceeded to respond a bit harshly, but then apologized. I tried to be a nice guy, but they couldn't get over the fact that I held up a mirror to their dysfunctional team. Ended up being banned. Go figure... unreal.

I would assume that it's kind of like the battered wife syndrome. They've just been smacked around one too many times. Now when someone within 5 feet of them lifts their hand to scratch their head, they cower in the corner in the feedle position.

Absolutely. This really has nothing to do with the Bears, to be honest. Just more with my distaste for this Lions team. I've never seen a more unlikeable bunch in my life.

IMO, the Bears have an uphill climb in front of them to get past PHI and GB. I won't be surprised IN THE LEAST, if they don't win this division.

Like I said, either way, I'm proud of this team. They've battled through some really tough adversity this season with some devastating injuries, and under a first year head coach, that's a really good sign. Like I said, our future is bright. A good draft and a few key FA signings on defense away from being SB contenders, IMO.

I've never been sicker to my stomach, and it's over a stupid game. It's just not healthy.

I think what Rich meant by being done, in this case at least, meant( at the time) he was out of logical reasons as to why this team could possibly do well enough to make the playoffs. Fast forward to now...hes proud of the team because (in addition to some help) the team has shown something that in his mind wasnt a reasonable expectation(s) a few weeks ago. His loyalty to the team isnt the issue.

Its not the reasonable expectations............the Bears have a great offense,even when josh was in there.

We are just LUCKY enough that Detroit has a horrible caoach that does not know how to finish a game.

Speaking of having "nothing to do with"...that would be some of your replies to my posts these days. I said nothing about luck, I said nothing about being in first place. However, they have won their last 2 games, and that HAD to happen, luck or no luck. While what you said was required, too...that was not basis for my statement. IIRC, his confidence on winning the last 2 werent very high at all.
