I liked Ridley, but they have to have faith in the guys they have, or are going to draft one to let him walk.

The running backs the Patriots have on their roster are better and more reliable than Stevan Ridley. In all honesty........would you have handed the ball to Ridley on the 5 yard line in the Super Bowl against the Seahawks defense?? Might as well just hand them the ball and not risk an injury to anyone else on the play because Ridley would most certainly cough it up.

He was better when he was fumbling - then it looked like he was avoiding contact.

It was time for Ridley to go. Pats have enough backs that can dance in thebackfield. I wish him well no hard feelings. However would love some poetic justice if he can fumble in each game against the Pats. I hope for the Yetties sake the RB coach putshim through as hard a time as BB is rumored to put his RBs through? Thus the reason the Pats have far fewer fumbles than most teams. Ridley could have a bunch if not.
