It's not like he took the 2016 Browns to 11-5, this wasn't a horrible team despite their inept play this year or recent years. Romeo Crennel took them to 10-6, Schottenheimer took them to 4 straight playoff appearances and 2 conference championships. Just because they are the Browns, doesn't mean they are horrible.
