I don't know if they have a written notarized agreement or not. or if it's just informal like, hey bro, I'm in the NFL, so obviously I don't need your money stay at my rental place for free for now.

My guess is it is less formal, in which case, the judge may or may not invoke some head of household law, or may elect not to under some special case exception.

Also, I would prognosticate that this kind of thing will happen again, in which case we most likely shouldn't depend on Simpson as a long term solution at WR if a better prospect presents itself.

But, if the judge looks at the evidence and tells Simpson, I won't convict you if you tell your brother to get out of the house, then good for Jerome.

Most judges just enforce the law, no matter how absurd it may be.
