Jeff Fisher - " if anyone thinks this is a lack of effort, they can kiss my ass."

So if its not effort it must be:

A. Lack of talent
B. Coaching
C. Both

I think an argument can be made that its not a talent issue. Last year the knock was we were a good QB from the playoffs. Unfortunately we thought we got a good QB and that did not work out. However, no one would argue that we are only a good QB from the playoffs this year. This team is a mess. Its time to take a hard look at the coaching.

I didn't see the game. Just have watched a few things from the past few weeks and it seems Gurley is getting hit behind the LOS and Foles is getting a lot of pressure. Good thing is that we can see what our back-ups like Wichman have for next year.

Yep SJ76. Out of the present bunch, Havenstein, Wichmann, and Donnal (before he got hurt he was playing very well) are all keepers. Move Robinson inside and we have the makings of a pretty good O-line. Draft an excellent LT and voila!

Hopefully Fisher watched Austin Davis lead a comeback to tie the game. Not that it would change the Rams current season. I still believe we should have kept Davis as our starter, even over Foles.

Not only led them back, but would've won it if not for the blocked FG.

I suppose Smed and others are laughing all the way to the bank. Davis is going use his playing actions on the field to eternally rub tell Fisher and Snead, they got it wrong with him.

I doubt that Fisher would care and would just tell everyone that disagrees with him to kiss his ass.

That seems to be his universal answer to critics all the while avoiding the real issue which is he is incompetent as a HC. He has not fixed this offense in four years and he and Snead continue to let players who can truly help go, while keeping his "boyz" who are useless as a carburetor on a wheelbarrow. The losing is sure to continue with attitude. Typical Fisher these days-bullshit artist extraordinaire.

I forgot who said it on here but what they said was right on the money: our solid defense is being wasted by this pathetic offense. By the time we dump Fisher and Cignetti and can get a decent offense, it'll be time to fix our defense because their prime years are wasted with shitty offenses that we've been seeing year after year.

Yep, UVA. And we will be right back to square one fixing both a crappy offense and a flailing, worn-out defense. Sounds like where we were three years after the superbowl win and another 15-year project will be underway. Depressing at best as long as that wussie Kroneke is the owner.

I don't know if anyone agrees or not but I hate Kroenke more than I did Georgia and I was definitely no fan of Georgia.

Kranky needs to sell the team, fly back up to Denver and wait for Bolin to have his health fail, maybe smoke some of the good stuff in the mean time and buy the Broncos. Maybe then Shad Khan and his thick Rollie Fingers mustache can sell the Jags and buy the Rams. :thumb:

Actually UVA, Fred Dreyer has the best suggestion I have heard to date and he floated it years ago when the Queen idiot died and wussie boy bought the remaining shares of the team from Steven Rosenbloom. Dreyer wanted to get a coalition of ex-players that live primarily near the LA area such as himself, Jack Youngblood, Vince Ferragamo, and others to buy the team and move it back to LA. They were lacking money of course and the suggestion went by the wayside but could you image the Rams being owned by those guys and several others?

That'd be interesting. At least you know that we'd have ownership that actually cared about the team for a change instead of themselves. But I assume that they'd need to find someone with a lot of money to be the main backer (preferably one that knows that winning means more money in everyone's pocket). Out there in LA, I'm sure there's quite a few.
