Let's talk football. So how much faith are you putting into JDR? I'm convinced after watching his defense these past 2 seasons that he is not the right man for the DC job. He runs the same scheme most of the time (zone), he is reluctant to move players into positions they would be more successful playing and I keep hearing the same excuses from players each year which in turn means he is not "getting through" to his talented young defense. Would like to see a younger innovative DC in DC soon!

JDR is a proven DC in the league. I think there were some swelled heads last year. I am against changing the coach every 2-3 years as has been advocated for 20 years.

It appears that we have some guys. Some of those guys need to step up. Again it took half the season before the defense starting catching on, then injuries hit. Lets hope they come out fast this year. Guys have been in the system for a few years so I am hoping it helps.
