Neither.

He's not a winner, he doesn't have that quality in him. He can make throws and such, but he's not a winner and that's what matters most - winning. All the talent in the world doesn't mean a thing if you can't get it done overall.

Jimmy Mac...... Loved his style..... Loved his leadership.........And I still think had he played during the 86 playoffs when we went 14-2 instead of Flutie,wed won back to back SBs.

So it was more than just defense back in the day.

Jimmy was my fav too, but Cutty is so much more talented. Jimmy had the will to win and leadership Cutty lacks. Cutty would be elite with Jimmy's will and leadership.

Is being the Bears GOAT QB a phenomenal achievement? No.

Is Cutler the Bears GOAT QB? Yes. Which was the only question at hand here.

I'm not under any delusions that obtaining the title is some grand achievement.

He had a worse TD-INT ratio than Cutler. Who you constantly rip on about turnovers. Not to mention, did so with an all-pro line, HOF RB and GOAT defense of all-time on the other side of him. After leaving Chicago, he threw more INT's than he did TD's. You're really being blinded by your anti-Cutler bias here man. It's not even close.

Broncos did not start participating in superbowls again until they traded Cutler.

I think the leader stuff is blown out of proportion. He does all kinds of good things, but only the negative is mentioned or reported on.
