Scheme wise he is a fit. It kills me how so many people assume we don't play a shitload of four down linemen. I'd rather have Allen with his hand in the dirt instead of Brooks. The cost to acquire and the inability to fit under the cap are the reasons this deal doesn't work.

Yes, which is why he is on the trade block, if someone is willing to pay higher than the comp pick he is gone sooner.
