A player jaws at a fan in the stands, gets a big fine.


An owner sends an email eviscerating a fan and libelously calling him an alcoholic, nothing from the NBA offices.


Something is not right there IMO.

That's beside my point. The owner needs to be the mature one in this situation. I'm just curious why the NBA front offices let him slide on this when they have no problem fining players for jawing with a fan during a game.

I'm just saying that I have encountered many drunken, foul mouthed fans at Mavs games. They should remember that there are families with young kids in attendance. I hate having to listen to fans constantly shouting four letter words.
