I can't even remember the last time OU started a QB that they recruited out of high school.

I disagree. You can pretty much insert any starting D1 QB in that offense and they will put up ridiculous stats.

That defense will still lick major taint though........

Seems like an odd fit, but he is going to be a great leader for them. It's impossible to really root against the kid, given how he's handled everything the last 12 months. I think OU's Heisman run will end, but he'll still wind up with 4,000 total yards and probably 35 total TDs.
