Not surprising at all (in hindsight).

- Eli got the ball out quick (under 2 seconds).

- Eagles secondary was depleted, forcing Schwartz to play an off-coverage for the whole game, leaving the quick underneath stuff open. You saw on the 70+ yard TD by Shepherd and the Jenkins DPI on OBJ why the Eagles had to play off-coverage.

- In the second quarter the Eagles lost both Hicks and Cox for the rest of the game, seriously limiting its pass rush.

- The Giants played a lot of max-protect/extra protection.
